Kevin McGary is the author of Insanity! In Instanity! Kevin presents a refreshing voice with compelling evidence that speaks to how “we the people”, through “blind trust” and lack of involvement, have been wholly complicit in supporting the erosion of rights, liberties and freedoms. He contends, collective zeal for a new era of “hope and change” has prompted irrational support for government leadership made up of charismatic personalities grounded in the strategic use of masterful rhetoric, but it is infused with intellectual dishonesty and devoid of substance needed to move the country forward.
As an NAACP member with strong roots and traditions in voting Democrat, Kevin McGary writes and speaks to audiences confirming current party platforms and agendas for healthcare, education and abortion have provided lofty rhetoric for the Democratic Party, but are actually debilitating and oppressive social agendas and schemes that only perpetuate further enslavement of the "under-privileged" and “under-served”! Mr. McGary speaks about how actual "social justice" and human rights causes are even further undermined by a lack of government leadership and our “new era” politicians.

Mr. McGary contends the U.S suffers from a lack of leadership, lack of competence and general lack of experience, which has lead to significant erosion of the primary foundations that have facilitated our nation's history of success! Undermining of faith foundations and the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence threatens to propel the country back into a state of oppression and tyranny it broke from when becoming an independent nation. Needless to say, this apparent cycle is irrational and illogical. Since Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity refers to doing the same things over again yet expecting different results, Kevin speaks about history and context in a way that demonstrates our general state of….instant-insanity!

Kevin has recently accepted the role as President of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California. The FDF is committed to providing political advocacy, educate and empower "communities of color" and "urban centers" on the proper role of government, and partnering with like-minded organizations to ensure maximum freedom, liberty, and justice! Additionally, Kevin is an active member of the Hayward Rotary, the NAACP, and the 912 Freedom Fighters.
