CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you are unable to attend the luncheon, please cancel your RSVP.

Cancellations must be received before noon on the Monday before the Tuesday luncheon.

If you don't cancel the RSVP by noon on the Monday before the luncheon, we are forced to charge you $20.00 as we will have purchased a lunch for you .

We are sorry that we must implement this policy but approximately 15% of those making luncheon reservations are NO SHOWS for whom we have ordered and paid for a lunch.  This is a cost that we can no longer absorb.
